Belle Liz is an online shop that ships worldwide. We are also a registered company with the Accounting and Corporate Regulations Authority (ACRA) in Singapore. You can verify our status at ACRA website at: http://www.acra.gov.sg with our company name: Belle Liz and registration number: 53384539D.

How to Shop?
You can use our search tool (image of a magnifying glass) located at the top right hand corner of our website if you have a specific product type or name in mind. For example, if you are looking for a black item, simply type this word "black" in the search tool, hit enter and it will automatically find related items for you.
How do I make payment?
- Click on "Add to cart" next to the item you will like to purchase.
- After you are done shopping, click on the image of a shopping cart at the top right hand corner of this website.
- Click checkout and follow the steps there. Key in your contact details and shipping address and click "Continue to shipping method".
- Choose shipping method and click "Continue to payment method".
- Under ''Payment'' option, key in your credit card details. Then click on ''Pay Now'' below.
- Under ''Payment'' option, if you choose Paypal, you will redirected to Paypal page to make payment after you click on ''Complete Order''.
Payments accepted for all customers worldwide: Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, Shopify, Google Pay, Apple Pay.
If you are unsure on the steps to make payment, click on Contact Us at the bottom of this website.
Do you restock out-of-stock items?
If you wish to make purchase of out-of-stock items, simply enter your email address on the item page and click on "EMAIL ME WHEN AVAILABLE" and we will notify you when the item is back in stock. Please do not worry as your email address will not be shared.
How do I use the discount code?
At the check out page, please key in the discount code in the white box which says "Discount". Then click "Apply". You will see that the final price will be reduced by your coupon amount. Eg. If you have a 10% discount coupon code, the final price will be reduced by 10%. You can then click on “Complete Order".
What currency do you use?
Our default currency is Singapore Dollar (SGD). To view the items in your country's currency, please go to the top right hand corner of this website to change. You can choose to view in other currencies such as USD, AUD, MYR, etc. Simply click on the abbreviation of your country currency. Eg. to view in US Dollar, click USD.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide. Please check our Shipping Options page for more information.
What country do you ship from?
We ship all our items from our warehouse in Singapore.
Do you deliver to work addresses or hotel concierge?
Yes we deliver to work addresses and hotel concierge as well. Please ensure that someone will be there to take receipt of the items.
How long does it take for the item(s) to reach me?
PROCESSING TIME: It usually takes between 1-2 working days to process your orders.
Delivery within Singapore usually takes between 1-2 working days for standard shipping option.
Delivery within Singapore can be on the same day for urgent same day shipping option. The order cut-off time is 12pm Singapore time. If the order is made after 12pm, you will receive the order the next day.
Delivery to Malaysia usually takes between 7-12 working days.
Delivery to all other countries usually takes between 6-26 working days.

How do I know if the item has been shipped out?
Log in to your account by clicking the image of a human body at the top right hand corner. Then, go to "My Orders" in the left hand bar to view the status. You will also receive email updates from us on the progress of your order.
Do you do exchanges/refunds?

How are my items packaged?
All our items are packed in a complimentary drawstring bag and/or a paper box.

Go to bottom footer of this website and enter your email address in the white box which says ENTER EMAIL ADDRESS and click JOIN. This allows you to sign up straightaway without registering an account. However, registering an account is free of charge and your shipping address and details are saved for your online shopping convenience with us. To register an account with us, please click on the image of a human body at the top right hand corner of this website.
