We are confident that you will be happy with your purchase from Belle Liz! However, if within 7 days after receiving the product you are not happy with your purchase, just contact us at email@example.com and we will walk you through the return and exchange process.
- You should return your purchase to us within 3 days after informing us.
- Returns are sent to our office in Singapore.
- Please send us clear photo(s) of the items in the original condition and state the reason(s) for return and we will walk you through the return and exchange process.
- We will only accept items in their original condition and packaging i.e. no wear and tear, no scratches, no odour, no signs that item is used and all original tags must still be attached.
- Should there be any damage during shipping and transit back to us, customer will be solely responsible. We recommend that you package the item the same way that we did so as to lessen the likelihood of damage during shipping and transit back to us.
- We will not be responsible for returns that do not reach us and hence, we recommend you insure your parcel for its appropriate value.
- All shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Shipping costs and any other fees associated with sending you refund or exchange back to Belle Liz will be borne by the customer. In the case of free shipping, if refunds are made, we will take shipping cost into consideration. Shipping cost from you to our return address will also be borne by the customer.
- For orders above $250, we offer free return. Any shipping cost born by you will be returned in store credits to you.
- Belle Liz will only accept returned parcels that are registered with a valid tracking number.
- Due to hygiene purposes, earrings and jewellery sets with earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.
- All sales items purchases are final and no returns or exchanges can be made.
- If you are exchanging for another item of higher value, you will have to top up the difference. If the item you exchanged for is of lower value, no cash refunds or store credits will be issued for the difference.
- There are strictly no cash refunds for all purchases made.
- For returned items, you will get your refunds in Belle Liz online store credits. It is valid for 6 months from the date of issue and it can be used to offset any purchase made at Belle Liz.
- In situation where exchanges are not possible, store credits will be issued.
- We offer exchange on items found to be defective due to our fault. Defect(s) caused by the fault of third party or customer's fault cannot be exchanged.
- Please note that all measurements are made manually and there may be a slight difference of up to 3cm between our written size measurements and the actual product measurements and this deviation will not be considered as a defect.
- Belle Liz reserves the right to reject any return and exchange.
