We are confident that you will be happy with your purchase from Belle Liz! However, if within 30 days after receiving the product you are not happy with your purchase for whatever reason(s), just contact us at email@example.com and we will walk you through the return and exchange process.
- All customers worldwide are eligible for our return and exchange policy.
- You need to inform us the return tracking number within 3 days from the date we accept your refund and exchange request.
- We will only accept items in their original condition and packaging i.e. no wear and tear, no scratches, no odor, no defects, no signs that item is used and all original tags and drawstring bags must still be attached. If packaging includes gift boxes, the gift boxes must also be returned in their original condition. If packaging includes freebies, the freebies must also be returned in their original condition.
- Should there be any damage during shipping and transit back to us, customer will be solely responsible. We recommend that you package the item the same way that we did so as to lessen the likelihood of damage during shipping and transit back to us.
- We will not be responsible for returns that do not reach us and hence, we recommend you insure your parcel for its appropriate value.
- All shipping charges are not refundable.
- All shipping costs associated with sending you refund or exchange will be borne by the customer.
- Packages that incur duties or customs or handling fees will be deducted from your refund.
- In the case of free shipping, if refunds are made, we will take shipping cost into consideration.
- Belle Liz will only accept returned parcels that are registered with a valid tracking number.
- All sales items purchases are final and no returns or exchanges can be made.
- All earrings, jewellery sets with earrings and hair accessories are not applicable for returns or exchanges due to hygiene issues.
- If you are exchanging for another item of higher value, you will have to top up the difference. If the item you exchanged for is of lower value, no cash refunds or store credits will be issued for the difference.
- All refunds are in the form of store credits with an expiry of 6 months from issue date.
- Belle Liz reserves the right to reject any return and exchange.
