Method 1

Using a measuring tape.

  • Lean the back of your foot against the wall on a flat level surface.
  • Measure the distance from the bottom of your heel to the top of your longest toe. This is the length of your foot.
  • Measure the distance spanning the ball of the foot at its widest point, from left to right.
  • Repeat steps for the other foot.
  • If you find one foot larger than the other, please use the size measurements of the larger foot and choose the larger size to purchase.
  • If your foot measurement falls halfway between sizes, choose the larger size.

Method 2

Using tracing your foot method. You will need a sheet of paper, tape, pencil and a ruler.

  • Place a sheet of paper on the floor. Tape it to the ground.
  • Sit down on a chair. Place one foot on the paper and allow it to rest naturally.
  • Use a pencil to trace around the outline of the foot all the way round. You do not need to draw the outline of each toe. You can wear the socks you are planning to wear with the shoes you would like to buy.
  • Use a ruler to measure the distance from the bottom of the heel to the top of your longest toe. Subtract 0.5 centimetre from your measurement to accommodate the small space between the line made by the pencil and your actual foot.
  • Measure the distance spanning the ball of the foot at its widest point, from left to right. Subtract 0.5 centimetre from this measurement to accommodate the small space between the line made by the pencil and your actual foot.
  • Repeat above steps with the other foot.
  • If you find one foot larger than the other, please use the size measurements of the larger foot and choose the larger size to purchase.
